    • assessment of movement capabilities 

    • thorough discussion about goals and ways to get there

    • teaching of breathing mechanics

    • can include: manual therapy, sports massage therapycupping, iastm techniques, kinesio-taping and much more

    • teaching of rehab exercises/positional drills which are performed later as "homework" exercises

  • Personal/ Performance training packages (see pricing)

    • twice or three times per week

    • movement /rehab session included prior to start 

    • professional athletes, amateurs and anyone who would like to move better

  • Nutrition consultations (done by Katarina, Msc in Nutrition)

    • for athletes ​to better performance

    • for anyone starting their health journey trying to build new healthy eating habits

  • Online personal training

    • Individualized monthly training program

    • Movement/rehab consultation prior to the start

    • Weekly check-ins via app/e-mail

 

  • Mentorship 

    • Tailored to your individual interest/needs.

    • individual calls (1h)

    • monthly mentorship - mentorship call 1x a week (1h) + access to me everyday of the week through preferred app
