Discussion about goals

First, during the thorough discussion, we go through clients goals and expectations and talk about ways to get there.

Manual Therapy Interventions

Many times the client will need some help in terms of body work in order to recapture motion/movement capabilities, which is done using different manual therapy interventions. 

Homework 

Every client will get their homework exercises which will help them to hold onto the improvements we gained during the session and continue to increase their movement potential. 

Assessment

We perform an assessment of clients movement capabilities in order to get a better understanding of clients current representation and the cause of their problems. 

Exercises

Once we find what works, we teach all of our clients new or modify current exercises that they are doing. The complexity of the exercises are tailored to the needs and capabilities of the individual at that particular moment with the clients goal in mind.
